Invitations:

• To each exhibitor will be given 30 invitations;
• In need of more invitations, each exhibitor will have to pay 50% of the value of the entrance ticket (2,50 euros).

Credits:

• To each exhibitor will be given a maximum limit of 6 arm bands;
• The exhibitors should send previously a list of the people that will work on the show;
• The pickup of the arm bands should be made on the 10th and 11th of June, during the schedule of the assembling the stands, on the organization room;
• The organization should receive previously the indication and identification of the person in charge for the pickup of the arm bands, it will be given one per person.

Parking:

• Each exhibitor will be given a free pass for parking in Alfandega building.

Restaurant:

• Restaurant service will proceed normally durin lunch time. At night, it will work by reservation only (for more informations, please contact responsible person).

Access to the Show:

• The access of the exhibitors and visitors to the show will be made exclusively by the main entrance (even during the period of assembling and  dismounting of the stands).
